The Gracie Barra Philosophy

At Gracie Barra in Downers Grove, our philosophy and values are what we live by. We build character and form strong bonds through training in Jiu-Jitsu. It stems from Master Carlos Gracie Jr. and his teachings that the fundamentals of good Jiu-Jitsu are also the fundamentals of good character. We strive to live by that philosophy and help one another to grow through the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
