Calling all Gracie Barra members in the Chicagoland area. Gracie Barra Downers Grove is hosting two special training days as part of the GB Chicagoland Training Day event. This is a joint effort by the GB Chicagoland leadership to help prepare our students for upcoming competitions and improve their overall conditioning.

Training will be conducted by a team of top GB Midwest black belts headed by our very own Prof. Carlos Lemos Jr.

$15 minimum donation. All proceeds will go towards the GB Chicagoland Ambassadors Program fund, a non-profit organization that sponsors athletes that best represent the Gracie Barra vision and embody the GB lifestyle.

• GB Chicagoland Kids Training Day will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 6:15PM open to kids 8 years or older, 3 stripes and up.
• Chicagoland Adults Training Day takes place the following day on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:00AM available to adults 1 stripe and up.
