The main difference:
✔The GB lunchtime all-levels class and the evening GB2 Advanced Adults/Juniors class are both extented to 1 hour including 20 mins of live training (sparring)
✔Study hall is back!
Friday 6-6:50PM
Saturday 11-11:50AM and then 12-12:50PM

As in phases 2 & 4:
– Book your spot in advance online at

– Pick your training partner for the day
– Masks are optional during training required only upon entering and leaving the facility
